The first president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, for the second time did not get a affirmative opinion of the technological Excellence Council on the award of the title of professor. The complaint she made about the decision of the RDN went to the WSA in Warsaw, which examined it on 27 November 2025.
