It's boiling around KPO. This is how Poles justice the actions of the Tusk government

The scandal around KPO broke out a week ago. The issue inactive raises large interest among Poles and in the political environment. In the latest poll, respondents assessed Donald Tusk's fresh government efforts on this issue.


The storm around KPO broke out a week ago erstwhile users drew attention to a map published on the National Reconstruction Plan website. It showed grants granted to the alleged HoReCa sector to support innovation.

However, net users pointed out that any entrepreneurs had allocated these funds to yachts, cottages on water, ice cream machines, solariums or coffee machines. In the latest SW investigation poll for Onetu, Poles assessed the situation.

Poles measure KPO in a fresh poll


The respondents were asked the following question: "Do you think the government's actions in the alleged KPO affair are sufficient?".

17.3% of respondents replied, 38 percent considered these actions insufficient, and 21.2% indicated the consequence "difficult to say". Almost 1 in 4 survey participants, 23.5%, stated that they did not know the details of the steps taken by the government.

Among women, 13.4 percent positively assessed the actions of the government, 35% negatively, 26.9 percent did not know these actions, and 24.7 percent chose the answer "difficult to say". Among men, 21.7 percent assessed the government's actions as sufficient, 41.4 percent – as insufficient, 19.6% did not know these actions and 17.3% abstained from the evaluation.

Different results besides appear depending on age.

In the group of people up to 24 years 45.2% did not know the actions of the government, 12.2% considered them sufficient, 30.2% were insufficient, and 12.3 percent had no opinion.

Among the subjects aged 25–34, 12.8 percent replied "yes", 37.9 percent – "no", 27.7% did not know details. 21.5 percent chose the answer "difficult to say".

In the group of 35–49 years 12.6 percent assessed the government's actions positively, 47.2% negative, 17.7% did not know details, and 22.5 percent pointed to "difficult to say".

Among people over the age of 50, 23.2% assessed the government's actions as sufficient, 35.2% as insufficient, 18.8% did not know details. 22.9 percent abstained from a clear answer.

The survey was conducted on 12–13 August 2025 by the online interview method (CAWI) on the SW Panel panel. It was attended by 830 adult respondents from all over Poland.
