Are the old grain duties coming back from Ukraine? The EU is working on the future of trade with its east neighbour

European Commission spokesperson Olof Gill reported on Monday that work on a fresh proposal for trade with Ukraine is being completed and the EC will shortly present it to Ukraine. The Minister of Agriculture Czesław Siekierski, present in Brussels, discussed this with his Ukrainian counterpart on Thursday.
