RETURNING FREEDOM OF WORDS AND TERMINATION OF national PRICES
Implementing Regulation

By virtue of the powers conferred on me as president by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and Section 301 of Title 3 of the United States Code, the following is hereby administered:
Section 1. The first amendment to the United States Constitution, the amendment essential for the success of our Republic, establishes the right of the American people to talk freely in public space without government interference. Over the last 4 years, the erstwhile administration has trampled on the rights to free speech, censoring American statements on online platforms, frequently exerting considerable force on 3rd parties specified as social media companies to moderate, remove or otherwise suppress statements that the national government did not accept. Under the pretext of combating “bad information”, “disinformation” and “misinformation”, the national government violated constitutionally protected rights of expression of American citizens throughout the United States in a manner that promoted the government's preferred communicative on crucial issues of public debate. Government censure is unacceptable in free society.
Sec. 2. Politics. The policy of the United States is (a) to guarantee the right of the American people to engage in constitutionally protected statements;
(b) guarantee that no official, worker or national government agent commits or facilitates any conduct that could unconstitutionally restrict the freedom of speech of any American citizen;
(c) guarantee that no taxpayer's funds are utilized to engage in any action or to facilitate any action that could unconstitutionally restrict the freedom of speech of any American citizen; and
(d) identify and take appropriate measures to correct past malpractice of the national Government in censoring protected speech.
Article 3. End of censorship of protected speech. (a) No national department, agency, entity, official, worker or agent may act or usage any national resources in a manner contrary to Article 2 of this Regulation.
(b) The lawyer General, after consulting the heads of executive departments and agencies, shall examine the activities of the national Government over the past 4 years which are incompatible with the objectives and policies of this Regulation, and shall draw up a study to be submitted to the president through the Deputy Head of Staff for Policy, including recommendations on the appropriate corrective action to be taken on the basis of the report's findings.
§ 4. General provisions. (a) Nothing in this provision shall be interpreted in specified a way as to affect or otherwise affect:
(i) the authorisation granted by law to the executive body or the agency or its manager; or
(ii) the functions of the manager of the Management and Budget Office on budgetary, administrative or legislative proposals.
(b) This regulation will be implemented in accordance with applicable law and subject to the availability of financial resources.
(c) This Regulation is not intended and does not make any rights or benefits, material or procedural, enforceable by law or by any organization to the United States, their departments, agencies or entities, their officials, employees or agents or any another person.

Indeed, as ours say, wise men Media and political, president Trump is erratic. This irresponsible executive regulation undermines the foundations of European democracy, or censorship. How can you do that!?!??
