The question of filling the Constitutional Court is coming back. The Parliament will bow over the candidates

Although the Constitution provides that the Constitutional Court consists of 15 judges, it presently has only 9 members. It's not adequate for the TK to settle the budget bill the president wants to investigate. Certain things require a full membership of 11 people.
