The Warsaw Court of Appeal changed the conviction of First Instance, dismissing a group suit of nearly 200 Amber Gold customers. "The direct causes of harm to Amber Gold's customers were their sovereign decisions to invest funds," said justice Catherine Kisiel in the justification of the judgment.
