The Court of Appeal in Warsaw yet acquitted Tomasz Arab. With him, 2 officials heard the same decision. Earlier, the ultimate Court overturned the Second Instance sentence. The 2019 Court of First Instance for failing to fulfil its duties sentenced Arabs to 10 months in prison in suspension for 2 years. In June 2021, the Court of Appeal upheld the verdict, changing only the description of the alleged acts.
