The draft civilian Protection Act, which the Ministry of abroad Affairs has been working on for many months, was included in the list of legislative and programming works of the government. According to the information contained there, the Council of Ministers should adopt the paper by the end of September. It can, therefore, shortly scope the Sejm, and given what revolution the rulings intend to fund not only the civilian protection and defence strategy of the country, but besides the full area of crisis management, it is expected that the work of the parliament will be accompanied by considerable emotion.
