Andrzej Rewienski comes from a household of military traditions. His ancestors have been officers for 200 years.

– I always wanted to be an officer – you remember Andrzej. – I did not head that it was a folk army at the time, due to the fact that there was no other. My father didn't mind, but he said I should get a occupation sooner. So I graduated from watchmaking school. I became an apprentice. For any time in Gliwice, I worked at the Jubilee, the largest gold and goldsmith company in Poland. After that, I graduated from the General Józef Bem Officers' School of Rocket and Artillery in Toruń, as well as Polish philology at the University of Lodz.

In Rewienski's military, he came to the post of deputy commander of the 12th Kołobrzeski Armed Regiment in Gorzów. He was captain on the Lieutenant Colonel's stage. The promotion to the Major was within reach, but Mr. Andrew refused to wait. In 1991, he left for a civilian because, as he said, the atmosphere in the military was besides "dense".

W Gorzów opened a watchshop, hired 2 professionals. But he was unlucky. A technological revolution took place in Poland and in the world. Mechanical watches began to be displaced by inexpensive quartz.

– I didn't know what to do. I just didn't want to fire my employees. Before the war, various types of badges, souvenirs associated with the military were very popular. In PRL, this tradition disappeared. The authorities filled citizens with hundreds of different departmental medals, badges that had no prestige, specified as “Deserved Workers of the Food and Focus Industry”. Various rings are popular in the United States Army. I started making military rings with eagle, regiment logo. The vast majority were of silver, much smaller of gold. They mostly had the inscription: from the commander JW (military unit – author) and the number was further engraved. That was a jackpot. These rings were besides presented at a higher level of command, among others by the Chief of General Staff of General Tadeusz Wilecki. I sold over 15,000, possibly more. Then Urban in his writing coined this idea, calling my ringing "the first ringing of the Republic", which importantly reduced orders. So I started making rings with noble coats of arms, due to the fact that in Poland almost all another man claims that he originates from nobility. But the scale of this production was definitely smaller.

Another large revolution took place after Poland entered NATO in 1999. The large-scale workshop began making badges of military units, which are mostly made of brass. Officers are usually besides covered with enamel. A fewer days ago, Mr.Andrew made a badge organization for the 1st Tank Battalion of the 10th Tanks Brigade of the Armored Cavalry of Gen. Maczka from Świętszów.

The owner is incapable to give how many he has made in over a 4th of a century, but most likely respective twelve thousand.

– In the Natov armies there are very popular large size emblems with the logo of a regiment or brigade, which soldiers receive on the occasion of various holidays or erstwhile leaving for a civilian. They were besides exchanged between unit commanders during Natovian exercises, as the squad captains in squad games exchange. Our commanders had nothing like this, and I started filling this gap.

It came to this, from Polish knighthood, fashion for ryngrafs, a form resembling “the shield of amazons”. Another hit was the Piłsudski figure in Chestnut, which was sold over 4.5 1000 pieces.

Make money on the Marshal

– erstwhile I prepared the project, I modeled myself on the image of Wojciech Kossak. I was fortunate to find the right guy who made my molds for the cast. There are quite a few Marshal sympathizers in Poland, so the figures with his likeness are very popular. I besides have warm feelings for Piłsudski due to the fact that I made quite a few money on his portraits.

Commemorative clocks with animal characters or figures of known characters were very popular (the clock mechanics itself is not produced by Mr Andrzej's company).

For anglers, a clock with a fish that plays the tune “All the fishes sleep in the lake”.

For bachelors with a horse figure and music box playing the song "Hey, hey, owlani".

The clock with Piłsudski’s image plays “First Brigade”.

The deer clock is addressed to hunters, hence the melody he plays is "We'll go fishing".

Unfortunately, the clock with John Paul II was the least popular. For nearly 2,000 clocks sold, only 15 were with the image of the Pope.

Most of the figures in the studio were made of an alloy of antimony, bismuth and tin.

For Ukrainians Chronos-Praecision made a large batch of magnets and keyrings with caricatures of Lukashenko and Putin, who have a shooting shield on their head.

– I wrote to the Russian embassy that I had a batch of keyrings with Putin, and I want to sale them at a bargain price. But to this day they have not answered me – Rewienski laughs.

On October 3, Beretta, 1 of the world's most celebrated tiny arms manufacturers, whose guns are equipped with the United States Army, will celebrate the 500th anniversary. On this occasion, Mr Andrzej's company received an order from them to make ryngraphs and key chains.

Rewienski's customers are practically all uniformed services – from army, police, Border defender to fire, fishing and Church.

Chronos-Praecision products require engraving, plastic, foundry, goldsmithing skills.

– Today, a good individual who has no expectations of pay from outer space is becoming increasingly difficult. Therefore, I usage the skills of Ukrainians and Cubans who work at Michał Solowowa Barlinek SA.

As an officer and a patriot, Mr.Andrew besides issued a comic book: “For Erika, or how the 3rd Reich Geshefty did”.

– Comics in 3.5 1000 was written in Polish and German. Of course, it concerns erstwhile head of the Erika Steinbach Expulsion Union. It was made in a alternatively loose form of polemic with her lies. I must boast that he received a affirmative review in the weekly weekly German Polonia “The Alone Life” by Henryk Martenko. I sent him to 40 Polish organizations in Germany, many German politicians and editorials.

Mr. Andrew's laboratory besides offers... barrel keys. To spin a large barrel of plastic well, it frequently takes 2 men. utilizing this key, even a weak female can do it.

Andrzej Rewienski besides owned a hotel in Barlink. He had to sale it due to the fact that no 1 in the household wanted to run it.

– 1 daughter is an actor in Warsaw, the another businesswoman, and the grandson was not curious at all. Even though I turned 70, I'm not slowing down. I got quite a few orders. The only problem is, I don't have anyone to hand over the company I put 35 years into.
