  • In a fresh attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, the Russians used, among others, Ch-22 missiles. Among another things, 2 electricity distribution stations were hit in Kiev. There is besides no electricity in the full region of Chernichov and in the city of Zaporozhye.
  • Moscow conducts limited tackles on all front sections, gathering strength for the spring campaign. The weather allows for greater activities only in cities specified as Nowopawliwka and Kostiantiniwka.
  • On the Zaporosian section, there are struggles for fortifications around Ternuwate. Attacking Russians there have serious logistical problems, due to the softening of roads.
  • On the Slavic section, Russian forces went from east to Riznykiwka.
  • The Russians captured the village of Starica, located west of Volchansk. It is part of an effort to merge the 2 footholds formed in this area in early 2023.
  • The Ukrainian-Russian talks on peace ended in Abu-Dhabi. They were not revealed, limiting themselves to the message that the talks were constructive. The next circular of talks is scheduled to take place within a week.
