Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 23.12.2025):
- Russian troops carry out a combined attack utilizing maneuvering missiles and strike drones. Due to the situation in many regions of the country, including Kiev, an air alarm has been declared. On the night of Odeski's circuit politician besides reported a re-attack of the Kremlin on Odessa. Drones and rockets attacked port and energy infrastructure, resulting in a fire in this crucial port and disrupted power supply for about 120 000 people. It is inactive unclear why Moscow has so much interest in attacks on the Odski region.
- In Żytomierz, a Russian rocket hit a railway depot, leading to disputes of disaster in land traffic.
- On the Zaporosian section, the Russians came from the Stepnohirsk area, towards Pavliwa. Ukrainians lost control of the east part of Hulaipol.
- Ukrainian forces counterattacked along the M40 road close Pokrowski, attempting to penetrate the city's industrial district. The attack was bloodyly repelled.
- On the Kostiantini section, the Russians were to enter Stepanivka.
- Ukrainians stopped further attacks in Kupansk. According to the Kremlin, any of their troops were turned back to save another endangered episodes. However, it may be just a short break in the offensive.
- On the Charkowski Front, Russian forces invaded the village of Wilcza.
