Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 16.03.2026):
- Ukrainian drones launched fresh attacks on military and energy targets in Russia. An oil node in Tichoricek in Krasnodarsk was hit, where a large fire appeared.
- The authorities of the Russian region of Belarus reported a rocket attack causing power, water and heating outages in part of the region.
- Ukrainian forces besides hit Russian military installations in the occupied Crimea: 2 radars and the S-400 anti-aircraft strategy launcher close Dalne were destroyed.
- The Russians launched a spring offensive in the Zaporo region. Attacking troops, utilizing a considerable numerical advantage, went to Hulaipolskie and Wierchnia Tersa. At the same time, Orichiw was heavy fired on.
