On August 24, Ukraine celebrates independency Day. It is the anniversary of the adoption in 1991 of the Act of independency of Ukraine by the ultimate Council. A peculiar U.S. typical for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, is expected to arrive in Kiev on Sunday.
