War in Ukraine a chance for North Korea [ANALYZA]

Ukraine's problem is seen by Seoul primarily by the prism of North Korea's relation with Russia, which results in the full national security. In turn, Pjongjang's overriding intention in a period of respective months of close-up was to bring about the abolition of global sanctions, which have a very negative impact on the North Korean economy – writes Prof. Piotr Ostaszewski, SGH, Ambassador of Poland to the Republic of Korea from 2017 to 2024.
