War costs billions. Ukraine is counting on NATO, Russia for oil

Ukraine needs $120 billion for another year of defence against Russia. Half of this amount must be found abroad. Russia needs more money. Only in the first half of the year the Kremlin spent about $100 billion on unleashed aggression.
