According to South Korean experts from renewable energy sources by the mid-21st century, 2 can play a peculiar function – atomic energy and hydrogen. In the study of 2022, the global Energy Agency provides that hydrogen will account for 10% of the world's energy origin by 2050. In the Republic of Korea, where intensive investigation has been going on for respective decades on this component as an energy source, it is pointed out that by 2040 it could account for about 40% of the Korean energy mix. These may be besides optimistic assumptions, but this would mean evolutionary, but besides systematic giving hydrogen almost precedence status. However, the cost of production, transmission network, retention or refueling in the transport sector is inactive a problem. According to the South Korean Ministry of discipline and Technology (Ministry of discipline and Technology) at this phase it is about reducing the cost of producing this fuel from the current $6.7 to about $2.03 per kg. This ensures the cost-effectiveness of the usage of hydrogen in manufacture and, above all, in transport: land, sea and air.
