The lawyer General Waldemar Żurek sent a request to the European Parliament for consent to the appointment of erstwhile MS Vice-President, PiS MEP Patrick Jaka for criminal liability and its detention and forced delivery, informed PG spokesperson Anna Adamiak.
The PG spokesperson stated on Tuesday that the investigation of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Poznań brought together evidence that ‘provided adequate suspicion by Euro MP Patrick of the breach of powers and the failure to fulfil duties’ erstwhile he was Deputy Minister of Justice and under his authority were the cases of the Prison Service.
