Italian MON: Europe needs 10 years to rebuild its defence capabilities

The Italian defence minister Guido Crosetto expressed his opinion on Wednesday that it would take 10 years to rebuild Europe's defence capabilities. In a tv interview, he besides stated that the sanctions imposed by the European Union were ineffective.
