A 15 1000 fine must be paid by the erstwhile MP and oppositionist from the times of the Polish People's Republic, Władysław Frasyniuk, for insulting soldiers protecting the state border - the court in Wrocław ruled on Monday. The verdict is not final. Frasyniuk wants to file an appeal.
