15 1000 fines are to be paid by the erstwhile MP and oppositionist from the times of the Polish People's Republic Władysław Frasyniuk for insulting soldiers protecting the state's border - he ruled on Monday the court in Wrocław. The conviction is not final. Frasiniuk wants to appeal.
