Władysław Frasyniuk violated the dignity and good name of soldiers protecting the border of the state - the Wrocław court acknowledged. The erstwhile associate heard the conviction on Monday - he is to pay 15,000 fines. Frasiniuk announced that he would appeal.
Former oppositionist and erstwhile MP Władysław Frasyniuk has been accused of utilizing at soldiers protecting the state border the wording "insulting and humiliating them in the public opinion and endangering the failure of trust needed for the service".

The justice explained that the court did not find grounds in the defendant's statements to convict him for—as she wished. Prosecution – the insult of an officer in the performance of his duties (Article 226 kk), but Article 216 par. 2 kk concerning the breach of dignity and good name was violated.

After his judgment, Frasyniuk judged that the justification was most advantageous to him, since the court held that the Constitution of the Republic of Poland has not been infringed, neither the European Charter of Human Rights nor the European Charter of Human Rights can be spoken out harshly and critically in public speeches.
