The Ministry of the Interior and Administration has submitted a draft Regulation on individual IDs which introduces changes in the processing of data by the municipalities in the event of a declaration of failure or harm to the proof. The changes consequence from the amendment of the provisions introduced by the mCitizen App Act of May 2023.
