WITU with a millionth subsidy from the European Defence Fund

Funding for WITU comes from the fresh European WarHEAd Technologies (NEWHEAT) program, which aims to make technology for modern warheads that can let to combat the newest primary tanks equipped with reactive armour (ERA) and active protection systems (APS). In addition, they will be able to destruct elements of infrastructure made of high-strength reinforced concrete (HPC). We are talking about creating 3 types of heads: cumulative, explosively formed and explosively formed with diffuse penetrations. They are intended to be highly versatile, which is to let their usage in various types of weapons specified as armor-piercing grenade launchers, anti-bulb mines, circular ammunition or guided anti-tank missiles.
