Without phobia and without submission – fresh beginning in Polish-German relations

Germany deserves a rational criticism stripped of both the anti-German phobia in the performance of the PiS and the unconditional admiration of the opposition. Without this there is no mention of the partnership and serious relations between Warsaw and Berlin. Both haters and passionate flatterers are hard to take seriously.
