The text under the title, Without pedigree, that is, a fewer comments on upbringing by me, it was published in the bimonthly: Educational issues and intellectual health, Polish Society of intellectual Hygiene No. 3 – 1984 (p. 90 to 115) in the circulation of 2,000 copies. At the time, it was the longest text in the publications of that time. The text presented is otherwise formatted and I left out 32 footnotes. For the fees due to me at the time I asked and received 100 pieces of this letter, which I sent to the applicable institutions in Poland. I have a fewer more copies left. 1 of them, together with a specially prepared set for possible copying, was transferred to the General Education and Vocational Schools squad in Lviv Śląski
I finished writing the text on 13 May 1983. So it will be 43 years erstwhile I was born and the problems that I raised there are inactive valid. The rulers in Poland and not only will they always care and search to have people “without pedigree” and “ideo” that can be utilized not only in peculiar services, troops, militias (police), or average informers or even common thieves, or violent and ruthless thugs. Article 21.1. Poland protects property and the right of inheritance. 2. Expropriation shall be admissible only if it is made for public purposes and for fair compensation.
Article 46.Loss of property may happen only in the cases specified in the Act and only on the basis of a final judgement of the court.
Article 64. 1.Everyone has the right to property, another property rights and inheritance rights. 2. Property, another property rights and inheritance rights shall be subject to equal legal protection for all. 3. Property may only be limited by law and only in so far as it does not infringe the essence of the property right.
