Modern right-wingers like to see themselves as heirs to January insurgents, Siberian exiles, Piłsudski legionaries, soldiers who went 4 to heaven to Westerplatte and victims of Ubek executioners. Meanwhile, reality is much little heroic – it is adequate to endanger social work (presumably the plundering of leaves) so that the president of the Republic of Poland will go to their rescue.
Bąkiewicz's case dates back to October 2020, erstwhile an incidental involving him occurred during 1 of the Women's Strike demonstrations. Protesters – including a well-known activist, alleged Grandma Kasia – gathered in front of the Church of the Holy Cross in Warsaw, expressing opposition to the Constitutional Court ruling prohibiting abortion. In front of the temple were activists of the Association of independency March associated with Bąkiewicz, who blocked the entrance to the church, bullied the protesting women and raised any of them by force. 1 of the victims was Granny Kasia. For this attack he was convicted in March 2022. Judgment: reimbursement of costs of the trial and social work.
