Month after The expiry of the deadline for all Epstein files held by DOJ, most of them inactive have not been made available under the law that Trump himself signed.
Advocate Spencer Kuvin, who represents dozens of Epstein survivors, stated that all day on which these papers stay secret, sends a signal to victims that transparency is optional erstwhile strong interests are involved, and for victims of Epstein's abuse this hold is not procedural – it is personal.
Almost all Epstein's files have inactive not been published a period after legislature deadline
More than 2 million papers are reviewed by the Department of Justice, despite the "legal obligation" resulting from the Transparency Act of Epstein
Fragments:
The law was clear: Donald Trump's Department of Justice was required to disclose all investigation files concerning Jeffrey Epstein until December 19, 2025, with uncommon exceptions.
However, 1 period after that deadline set by the legislature Act on the transparency of Epstein's act, Trump's Justice Department does not comply with this bill, which raises questions about erstwhile – and whether – the authorities will always print investigative papers concerning a deceased sex offender.
The Justice Department's lawyers informed in court papers filed in Manhattan on January 5 that they had published about 12,285 pages on the Justice Department's website, which corresponds to about 125,575 parties according to the requirements of that law. In the same letter they said that the Justice Department staff identified "more than 2 million papers possibly related to the bill that are at various stages of the review".
The fact that these DoJ disclosures seemingly represent a drop in the sea – and they explained small about how Epstein had acted unpunished for years – stirred the defenders of survivors and legislators. Among them is lawyer Spencer Kuvin, who represented dozens of Epstein survivors.
"Congress did not make a discretionary agenda – it created a legal obligation. all day these papers stay secret sends a signal to the victims that transparency is optional erstwhile influential interests are involved," Kuvin said. "For those who have survived Epstein's abuse, this hold is not procedural – it is personal."
One of those alleged victims who has now revealed her communicative is Iraq War veteran William Sascha Riley.
Riley claims that shortly after his birth he was legally adopted by 1 of Jeffrey Epstein's pilots, William Kyle Riley, and then sexually and sexually abused by respective politicians, including president Trump, whom he allegedly attempted to kill, as well as by another known names specified as Congressman Jim Jordan or ultimate Court justice Clarence Thomas.
Lisa Voldeng is simply a female who spent hours interviewing Riley and then published her unedited conversations with him on your Substack site.
These audio files have been copied and published on multiple pages in the last fewer weeks.
Here is 1 copy that connects all audio files into 1 movie lasting more than 4 hours.
If you just look for William Saschy Riley's name or "Boys are hard to find," you will find many copies and many parts of interviews.
This 1 is particularly drastic – many published it about alleged abuse by Donald Trump and how he tried to kill him, and it takes 5 and a half minutes:
On Lisa Voldeng website on Substack claims that the evidence and interviews were handed over to the Democrats in Congress.
Among them, I spoke to people from Senator Wyden's office and with the Office of Democrats of the home of Representatives' Supervisory Committee.
I contacted HOCDO's office on September 4, 2025 and then sent the documents, including Sascha's testimony, to their signal account.
On September 19, 2025 Sascha and I had a gathering with the assistants of the Democratic Bureau of the home of Representatives Supervisory Committee, after their review of my documents.
We have expressed our utmost fears that Trump and the conspirators are immediately attempting to escalate criminal activities worldwide. We besides ordered them to rapidly get key copies of the evidence before the United States government was shut down.
Among specified evidence are copies of the study from around 2010 (and kid pornography material) stored in permanent papers of the American military base. The files describe the military trial of the soldier Sasch served with.
A soldier was caught in kid pornography, including Sascha films and 1 of the victims of human trafficking, Samantha, who was later murdered due to the popularity of the film. The movie was created respective years earlier as part of Trump/Epstein's activities and related to it. (Full article.)
Because this case has now become a virale, any "factcheck" services have picked up this story, but no of the ones I analyzed have overturned these claims. They simply stated that there was insufficient evidence to support his claims.
Well, they'll never be, unless the actual files and tapes that be yet go public, and that may never happen.
Now it's time to start listening to the victims and take their stories seriously.
