Turkey could consider sending peacekeeping forces to Ukraine, but only if a UN safety Council resolution is adopted with Russia's support. Otherwise, specified a decision could lead to serious tensions in relations between Ankara and Moscow, says Prof. Deniz Tansi of Yeditepe University in Istanbul.
