Will there be a deescalation of tension in Kosovo?

KFOR soldiers, stationed in Kosovo by NATO peacekeeping forces, removed part of the grids set up in the north of the country after clashing with local Serbs. On Monday, the largest Serbian organization in Kosovo and representatives of the authorities in Pristina presented their conditions for holding local elections in this area to lead to a de-escalation of tension.
