Will there be a de-escalation of tension in Kosovo?

KFOR soldiers, a NATO peacekeepers stationed in Kosovo, removed any of the backlands deployed in the north of the country after clashes with local Serbs. Kosovo's largest Serbian organization and representatives of the authorities in Pristina on Monday presented their conditions for holding local elections in the area to de-escalate the tension.
