Donald Trump noted that Putin doesn't want to play his game and now he "tipped his foot" - commented the American at the University of Wrocław Dr. Karol Szulc. In his opinion, admitting the U.S. to retreat from attempts to accomplish peace between Russia and Ukraine means a complete defeat of the U.S. President's administration.
