German “Der Spiegel” reached the transcription of Monday's telephone conversation by European leaders. In the discussion, which included, among others, the German Chancellor, Presidents of France, Finland and Ukraine, Prime Ministers of Norway, Denmark, Italy and Poland, as well as NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, the main subject was the negotiations between the United States and Russia on the end of the war in Ukraine.
