Will the US "betray" Ukraine? Harsh words from the French president

The German "Der Spiegel" has obtained a transcript of Monday's telephone conversation between European leaders. The conversation, which was attended by, m.in, the German Chancellor, the presidents of France, Finland and Ukraine, the prime ministers of Norway, Denmark, Italy and Polish, as well as NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, was the main subject of negotiations between the United States and Russia to end the war in Ukraine.
