Will the courts destruct paper? The Ministry has announced changes

The justice strategy will undergo changes in the field of digitization. On Thursday, Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek, Deputy Minister Arkadiusz Myrcha and Minister for Supervision of the Implementation of Government Policy Maciej Berek presented a package of deregulatory changes for this area. They will include, m.in, distant hearings, the introduction of electronic paper circulation or Hybrid Land and Mortgage registry Files.
