Is the TK's ruling going to give the landowners compensation for advanced voltage poles and pipes?

On Tuesday, the Constitutional Court issued a judgement favourable to landowners through whom electricity, gas or heat transmission networks run. Should it so be expected that the courts will decide on the request to pay compensation? Not necessarily. The ultimate Court may inactive take its stand on the matter.
