Will the activists' hacker actions change the face of the war in Ukraine? [ OPINION]

Every now and then, our editorial board is asked, ‘Do hackers have meaning?’, ‘What do hackers have in war?’ or ‘Will hackers change the face of the war in Ukraine?’. My answer is no, they won't. Although this is of course an opinion, not a fact. However, their actions are crucial for another reasons.
