From time to time, our editorial staff is asked: "Do hackers' actions make sense?", "What is the importance of hackers' actions in war?" or "Will hackers change the face of the war in Ukraine?". My answer is no, they won't. Of course, this is an opinion, not a fact. However, their actions are crucial for another reasons.
