Former Ukrainian Deputy defence Minister Hanna Malar recalled that Russia has violated all ceasefires since the beginning of the war in 2014. In her opinion, it is hard to anticipate Moscow to abide by the fresh agreements now. "Russia has repeatedly violated these agreements and yet it ended with a full-scale offensive against Ukraine," she told PAP.
