Will justice Iwaniec return to adjudication? The ultimate Court repealed the earlier decision

The ultimate Court overturned the decision of the president of the Mokotów court to suspend the activities of justice Jakub Iwaniec. The justice was to be covered by a break in his activities earlier due to the order of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek. In the opinion of the defense, justice Iwaniec may return to work tomorrow.
