I remind you of Matthew Piskorski's case. Arrested in May 2016, he arrived in custody for almost 3 years. Not only without a conviction, but initially even without formal charges, otherwise absurd. Piskorski has not been convicted until today. Legally, he's innocent. Under control of the party's written apparatus, the prosecution and the court had been incapable to bring him to trial for almost 8 years. Despite this, he cannot function normally, e.g. by gathering his household abroad. It's not a problem for Mr. Kaczyński. The problem is that his sidekicks are to service a final conviction and a just sentence.
It is Matthew Piskorski and his like (yes, there are more specified people) who are actual political prisoners. The assistants Jarosław Kaczyński – Kamiński and Wąsik are, however, legally convicted criminals. Their guilt is no doubt. So it is not only a manifestation of the implementation of the law but besides an act of justice to settle them in a prison.
Jarosław Kaczyński is simply a dangerous psychopath. It does not separate the public interest from the party's own interest and the state's reason from its own view. It was on his orders that Kamiński, Wąsik, and another criminals falsified documents, trying to frame Andrzej Lepper for their fake land scandal. Under his leadership, the party-led Hunwabs' peculiar services illegally watched the opposition. For his knowledge, they kept innocent people in illegal years of mining detention. Every day spent by Kamiński, Wąsików and others behind the gates of criminal establishments restores religion in justice. However, until the actual culprit, initiator and coordinator of the abovementioned unlawful actions – Jarosław Kaczyński is reasonably tried and convicted, we will not reconstruct order and regulation of law in our country.
