I found information that the regular feeding rate in prison must be statutoryly higher than PLN 4. If individual works in prison or is sick, they can get food for more, for example, for 6 PLN.
What can you buy for 4 zł? A bun, any potatoes, onions and an apple.
Someone might say it's good for criminals. You shouldn't have stolen, killed or molested.
However, IMHO, this is not imprisonment, but torture, which is reportedly prohibited in our country.
