More SCALPs - little Russian ships [COMMENTARZ]

France decided to hand over to Ukraine 40 additional SCAPP maneuvering missiles. Compared to Russian resources, this is not much. However, while most Russian manoeuvring missiles are shot down by Ukrainians, most French rockets go to targeted targets, including the most valuable Russian ships.
