We are talking about a bill amending the Act on the Education strategy and the Education Law. The paper prepared by Ordo Iuris is simply a consequence to the reforms of the Ministry of Education led by Barbara Nowacka and is another phase in the dispute over the place of religion in Polish schools. The task fundamentally reverses the existing principles of organizing spiritual lessons and regulates relations between the school and the Church. The Constitutional Court besides dealt with the case earlier.
