- I'm sorry. If there is simply a veto of the President, then there are no restrictions - neither in 800+ nor in Good Start nor in wellness care, due to the fact that all this is governed by another laws. It is rational to sign this bill - says Deputy Head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs Dr. hab. Maciej Duszczyk on the bill prepared by the government and passed by the Sejm on the payment of 800+ for foreigners.
