Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digitization Krzysztof Gawkowski said on Wednesday in Brussels that the presidential elections in Poland were secured thanks to the Electoral Parasol programme and that the authorities did everything to guarantee that Polish democracy was not "stealed by Russia".
