Deputy Minister of wellness Jerzy Szafranowicz, who is liable for the improvement of hospitals and the valuation of treatment, remains simultaneously the manager of the Municipal infirmary squad in Chorzów. - The conflict of interests is apparent - says Prof. Ewa Łętowska. But the ministry says there's no conflict.
