Deputy Minister of Justice: the European Commission should sue Hungary for asylum law

The fresh Hungarian law on the European Arrest Warrant (ENA) is incompatible with EU law - said Dariusz Mazur, Deputy Minister of Justice in "Facts After Facts". In his opinion, it is the European Commission and not Poland that should take legal action.
