Rafał Trzaskowski, the mayor of Warsaw and KO candidate for president, challenged the president of the Institute of National Remembrance, Karol Nawrocki, a candidate supported by PiS, to a debate that was to take place on April 11 in Końskie. Why did he choose this peculiar town?
