Rafał Trzaskowski and Sławomir Mentzen are the biggest losers of the debate in Koński, and if Szymon Hołownia receives in the elections closer to 5 than 10 percent of the votes, this will mean a change in the arrangement of forces in the governing coalition - said Prof. Rafał Chwedoruk, a political scientist from the University of Warsaw.
