When writing about the war, we consider many times the quantity and quality of weapons, the availability of reconnaissance data, the number of soldiers and their training or logistical capabilities. Definitely little attention is paid to the command structure understood not only as a chain of service dependency, but more broadly as the relation between the commander and his subordinates.
