Why are the errors of Western intelligence in the analysis of the situation in Ukraine?

Not only Russian services prepared inaccurate analyses related to the start of aggression against Ukraine. Errors in the analysis of the situation surrounding the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war besides appeared in the case of US intelligence services and their NATO partners.
