Which way will China go in Xi Jinping's 3rd term?

In the first decade of rule, Xi Jinping - who was elected to a 3rd word as its secretary-general at the weekend's Communist organization of China legislature - focused power in his hands, tightened censorship and developed a strategy of oversight of citizens. China is bolstering its army, and internationally it has begun to loudly request that its claims be met, which has worsened their relation with the West.
