Where does the strength of Polish companies' voice in social dialog come from?

For more than 15 years, the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers has been conducting expert, project, and advocacy activities aimed at strengthening the presence of Polish companies in public debate and influencing those areas of public policy and government that straight affect the conditions for conducting business. However, the key challenge remains effectively transforming individual opinions into a lasting and credible component of the legislative process. The specified willingness of businesses to talk up, although essential, frequently proves insufficient today. Real influence in the social dialog process depends on respective factors: appropriate resources, clear competencies, and the quality of representation, which allows effectively translating everyday marketplace experience into the language of public debate and the legislative process.
