The rules for conducting presidential elections in Poland are described in the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and in the Electoral Code. These 2 legal acts specify, among another things, that voting should take place on a day that falls no earlier than 100 days and no later than 75 days before the end of the word of office of the incumbent president.
